Colorado will apparently not exit for the rebranded, expanded Pac-12 until 2012, the Boulder Daily Camera reported today. "That is our plan and that is what we are working on," athletic director Mike Bohn said. The strange thing is that Colorado, the Pac-12 and the Big 12 would all benefit from the Buffaloes leaving after the 2010-11 season. Colorado and the Pac-12 would like to begin their new marriage as soon as possible. And an exit in the summer of 2011 would allow a seamless transition for the Big 12 with Nebraska leaving for the Big Ten at the same time. But Colorado and the Big 12 haven't been able to reach an agreement on financial terms, the Daily Camera reported. Quote Link to comment
