California Husker Posted November 27, 2010 Share Posted November 27, 2010 Rest in the Lord Coach Young. I had the honor of meeting Coach Young before the Rose Bowl game at the USC practice field. My son was waiting for an autograph from Eric Crouch and Coach Young came walking by. I pointed out Coach Young and told my son he should ask him for his autograph too. Coach Young said something jokingly self-deprecating and happily signed the football. He patted my son on the head, smiled and slipped away to the lockers. It is hard to tell with such a brief meeting, but he seemed like a really, really good guy to me. Quote Link to comment
