Skers!
This dip is great on a thin crust pizza! My wife made it for us this past weekend and I had to pass along the greatness. First make the chicken dip which can be enjoyed on crackers or celery sticks...whatever you like! Ingredients (Dip) 1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup ranch -or- blue cheese dressing 1/2 cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank's Red Hot) 2 (12.5 oz) cans of chunk chicken -or- grill some breasts up and cut it up! Directions Heat cream cheese in pan on low heat and then mix in dressing and hot sauce. When close to smooth add the chicken chunks and stir. That's the dip! Serve it on anything you like. Ingredients (Pizza) 1 - pizza crust (store bought or make your own...see below) 1 - pkg cheese (Mozzarella or Blue Cheese crumbles) Directions Coat the crust with the dip and top with cheese of your choice. Bake it up according to crust directions -or- follow directions below for a ass kicking crust. Ingredients (Crust) 2.5 cups bread flour 2.25 teaspoons yeast 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil Directions Mix it all up until it is mixed. Let it sit 10 minutes. You don't need to knead it. Divide it up. It makes 4 thin crust 10 inch pizzas. Save what you want in the refrigerator in round bottom containers coated with olive oil. The flavor improves up until about day 5. It will also store well in the freezer for a few weeks. Bake it at 425 for 15 minutes. Quote Link to comment
