RedCountry
This couldve already been discussed, but Ive been kinda out of it for a while due to a work assignment. So I was watching espn for the 1st time in about 3 wks tonignt, and saw an espn radio commercial that goes like this: Scene: A girl & her dad are in her teachers classroom, and the techer is going over all this stuff the little girl did wrong, apparently b/c she used sports figures in place of historical figures in her assignments. So then the girl & her dad go back to the car, and turn on the radio, and I believe its Dan Patricks voice sayin "Back in the news again, from Lincoln Nebraska the Huskers have just landed another blue chip...." Not a huge deal, but a nice subtle promotion for our beloved U!!! Quote Link to comment

Red Snow Sword: Husker Sentinel
I saw that, or heard it, too... but I don't remeber it very well. Was it mocking Nebraska? What was the point of it all......? Quote Link to comment
