On one hand it's easy to think "just shut all of the liquor stores down in Whiteclay" but then you can also understand why Sheridan County doesn't want to expand the problem having everyone go further to towns like Rushville to get beer because people are still going to find ways to get it even if it isn't convenient. Walking is better then driving when drunk. Not enough law enforcement on either side to deal with it. Link to comment
