Redout Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 Baseball only went 1-2 this weekend. They only put up 4 runs in their first two games against Florida St (5-3 lose) and Minn. (3-1 lose) after putting up over 25 in their previous games. The Minn. game was on tv and they looked like crap. Couldn't hit the ball worth of nothing. They held on today by busting out of there slump with a 13-6 pounding against West Virginia. After this weekend there is reason for concern, but in college baseball you would much rather be in a slump at the plate than have it in your pitching staff. They held two good teams to 8 runs.
