Husk517
For the second straight season, Nebraska will not offer their radio broadcasts on SiriusXM. Sure, you'll still be able to hear Nebraska games with a SiriusXM subscription, but it'll be the opposing teams broadcast, which doesn't bother me and shouldn't bother you either. Only reason that Nebraska left Learfield and took the radio network in house was because they wanted fans to have easier access to the radio broadcasts. EVERY school offers their radio broadcasts for free, but think about the people in cars and trucks who rely on SiriusXM to hear college.sports broadcasts. Also, when I asked Coody why Nebraska wouldn't put the games on SiriusXM, crickets. BYU took their network back in house a few seasons ago and have all their football and men's basketball games on SiriusXM. Notre Dame's radio network is also in house and gets all their broadcasts on SiriusXM as well! Nebraska took their network in house and in the process, yanked their broadcasts on SiriusXM (they are the ONLY P5 team that won't have their games on SiriusXM) Very disappointed in the University for denying fans (both die hard and netural) the opportunity to listen to a Husker Sports Network broadcast via SiriusXM. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
