Not that it would change anything, but I wish there was an open source where you could see what guys are truly making in NIL as well as what teams have spent on a single year roster. The roster might be harder as you pay a guy $3 Million for 2 years so the roster might be skewed. But would love to see the actual amounts.

Also with schools now being allowed to compensate directly, is this NIL money or funds the school can pay in addition to NIL. Where does the "pay directly money come from?

Based on relationships I have with current players this is a significant driver in why some players are advised to enter the portal. There are many inexperienced agents/representatives whose only means to create compensation analysis is to field offers.

Can you simplify this further for me? Are you saying some offers are fake and only to drive up comparable offers for negotiations? I may be way overthinking this.
