Glad to see him back home. 

The charges are trumped up BS because they're still claiming on the basis of one anonymous source that he's MS-13 and was being paid to transport illegal aliens.

He was transporting himself and other undocumented dudes to a job site. 

The charges will fall apart and they'll deport him somewhere allowed by the law this time. Book it. 

It's embarrassing how incompetent and corrupt this country's immigration apparatus is.
