He’s had several and many years to put a decent 2 deep together. A few bright spots here and there but overall the OL has been avg to below avg during his tenure

I would argue that most of the second or third hires are better. Still brutal and quite frankly not good enough though. Bradden is useless. Satt should’ve been fired or taken a massive pay cut. TEs were below average. Just like Satt.

Really hope we have better luck hiring an OL coach as the leading DC candidate just signed on with Syracuse. Also really hope Dylan is willing to stay as putting all of our hope in Lateef and a potential transfer is a major risk.

Leading candidate in theory. He was in town for interview, but that was it. I find it hard to believe that if he really was our #1 that Rhule let him get out of town.

Eh ... I think Ekeler is the only one you can really point to as being a noticeable improvement. MAYBE Holgorsen if you squint.

Tons of complaints about QBs so Thomas doesn't seem to have done much.
One of our WR portal guys was basically non-existent this year and the other mainly caught screens. Not to mention our downfield passing game being non-existant.
TEs? yeah....
Going on our third DC.
Lots of complaints about Bradden.
Maybe Williams but was it his coaching or the prevent-the-pass scheme?

I'd look at a few other guys for sure. Barthel, Satt, Thomas, Dvoracek, Bradden....Hoping DC can pick own staff (Williams is safe) and Dana can get who he wants. A lot of dudes with limited depth and/or development/improvement.

And I wouldn't care if Dana left either tbh.
