Dylan Raiola

I bet Riola ends up at Iowa. They paid out two million for the linebacker they had at quarterback last year and he’s gone now. They have a great line perfect for a pocket passer and a big stable of running backs to take the pressure off of him. He’d be a perfect fit for Ferentz and crew.

As for the Huskers…what big name QB would be transferring in to a place where QB’s end up with broken legs and jaws. Sure you have money but so does everyone else.

Hi, troll.

Tell us the outlook for your team now that Campbell is gone. Tell us all about the big draw that Ames, IA is without him.

The Big 12 is now basically Texas Tech and a bunch of mid majors.

And just so we don’t waste any time…yes the Cyclones are significantly better than Nebraska…

Now that he's off the team I'm just going to go ahead and say this. Wasn't going to say it previously...but I was really getting tired of the Patrick Mahomes LARPing.

Going to miss Raiola's play a ton and I think this is actually a big loss. But I'm happy to be done with the cringey LARPing.

Meh, the Mahomes stuff was more that the media wouldn't shut up about it than anything Dylan was actively doing.

You obviously are struggling to read sentences in full.

Neither TJ nor Dylan were redshirted, neither were intended to be from what I understood. Go back and watch the game film. Dylan is a far superior QB and has been since he got here in the Spring of 2024.

Dylan had the advantage of taking a fall camp's worth of starter practice reps before he started a game. Lateef was the backup guy, who doesn't get as much focus during practice and game prep/planning.

Because that stuff is a distant second to how much money a player can make. Stability, stronger program, tradition, etc. only matter if the schools are offering the same amount of money. The concept of recruiting players on stuff that isn't money is basically dead at this point, especially for the transfer portal.

Well, as far as 'how much money a player can make' there's also future NFL money to consider. Playing on a team where a player can pad his numbers with an eye to that could potentially be prioritized over short-term NIL.

There's several QB's out there who can get it done. One of them, who nobody's ever heard of before this year just won the Hypseman Trophy. If you must pay players top dollar, pay elite lineman first. Lot's of dudes can complete passes behind an elite line. Bye, bye Dylan and good luck.

Wisconsin talk radio: “I don’t know if he is good or not, but he reinvigorates the program. People are showing up and selling out Camp Randall if he’s the QB.”

Ha, what a strung out take. And not shocking from a Wisconsin fan; it seems like it’s hard to get them to really care all that much about the Badgers over the three main pro sports teams in Wisconsin.

Anyway. Raiola can’t run. He’s not really the kind of QB that Fickell has been after.

Dylan’s softball player girlfriend (or whatever) is probably dumping him and then he’s going to hook up with a K-State soccer player.

I’m thinking purple is his second favorite color - and he’d be that much closer to Patrick Mahomes in Manhattan.
