Don't really see how that changes the content of what I posted whatsoever. His recommendation is completely irrelevant to the situation whether it was a year ago or this year. He is a billionaire tech guy so his recommendation on geopolitical conflicts are worth about as much as my recommendation on what you should do with your day tomorrow.

It’s relevant that you replied to the post with your thoughts, of which I’m sure the post itself influenced your thoughts a bit, without even really reading the tweet Elon had posted.   You probably just read Jay in Kyiv and assumed he was telling the truth vs lying.

And again, the more likely reality is he's just happily parroting Putin's propaganda because it's better for his bottom line. I.e, corruption.
