Spring Game - April 16, 2016 @ 1:00 PM

I am cornfused. I caught part of a conversation this morning on Mike N Mike talking about Nebraska's Spring Game attendance at 72,000 and Mike Greenburg referenced a photo of a packed Memorial Stadium. What I am missing if the game is this upcoming Sat?
What is the confusion about? I think a lot of people that are in Omaha or Lincoln wait and see if it's a nice day and then go to the game and get walk-up tickets. 60-70K would be a great attendance. Also, compared to previous years there isn't a new coach or a QB competition to bring out additional fans.

I think he's confused because he thought the spring game had already happened.
Yes I caught the tail end of the conversation and I got the impression the game was last weekend b/c they were talking about a photo of the game crowd but the game hasn't been played yet.

So, I know not everyone cares a lot for recruiting. But if you're at all interested, there is getting to be quite a list of guys that will be here tomorrow.

Here's the list

Here's the timeline I found from last years thread:

Feb 18 - 40,000

Mar 4 - 44,000

Mar 17 - 51,500

Apr 7 - 62,500

Apr 8 - 65,000

Here's this year:

Feb 3 - 24,000

Feb 17 - 32,000

Mar 28 - 48,000

Apr 15 - 60,000
Edited for current count.

GBR! Lets hope there are no injuries today. Penalties will occur cause some players are amped to get playing and will jump the gun maybe for a false start. The one position I wanna listen for is Defensive tackle, I say Maurice and a davis twin? IDK whats up with 2 players transferring and 2 leaving early but Parrella will get the best out of these guys. Listening on the radio cause no BTN2go.

The only thing I want out of this game is no injuries. The rest is pretty much irrelevant.
