I found this one interesting. It’s extremely similar step wise to how I brew beer except my equipment and methods are different from his. I mash in large insulated cooler and boil in a pot over flame (use turkey fryer setup). All my transfers are made by gravity flow rather than a pump and finally, I use a large stainless conical fermenter instead of a plastic bucket. And I haven’t yet used CO2 to carbonate in a keg, I just bottle and wait two weeks for it to naturally carbonate. But other than that, very similar :lol: If you brew, you know what I mean.
