Roxy15 Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 Cast-Iron Cornbread: ***Use A 10-in. Cast-Iron Skillet 1 Cup Cornmeal 1 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda 1 Can Creamed Corn 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Milk 1 Onion, Chopped 3 Jalapenos, Diced 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil Put Vegetable Oil in skillet. Preheat oven and skillet at 450 degrees.Mix all ingredients, except oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done. Quote Link to comment
