zoogs Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 This is a bit of facetious nickname, and I think the criticisms of embracing Kristol are fair (liberals should not confuse him as an ally). However, I do think it's interesting to hear from highly-credentialed conservatives such as him so we can understand the ways they came to change their views (on some things, not others). NM11046 Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 He is someone whom I respected but disagreed with for a long time - I could still read and watch him though because he was educated, calm etc. He is one Ive listened to and followed for years. Its been fun to watch him evolve during the last couple years. He and Nicole Wallace both - examples of Republicans that believe country before party and hate to see what Don and others have done to the party they worked so hard for. Link to comment
