Just ask for a name change, then change your password and email to something random. That'll effectively delete ur account.

No need to delete your account. If you don't want to post here anymore, just stop posting. And if you get a wild hair sometime in the future, your account will still be here.

Like NUance suggested, you can change your password and email to something you'll never remember. I don't think it's our policy to actually delete accounts from the database, but it's entirely possible to dissociate yourself from it completely.

And if you ever want to come back, you can create a new one - although let us know, so it doesn't get flagged as a duplicate.
