I'm not sure what to say.  I was hoping Nebraska came out strong,  I would never have guessed that they'd be up by 20 at halftime.

May be the best half of Husker Road BB we've seen in the last 20 years....

I can see 10-2 as much as I can see 6-6. How much improvement will we see at OL? Are these true freshman QBs ready for the leap? Can we find/develop a game breaker outside? With a year of film on the defensive schemes, will they be exploited more?  Realistically I can see us getting 8. Winning the first 7, take the L at OSU. UCLA is moving more into the toss up category for me. Take the L at SoCal, and then maybe slight favorites in the last two games.

Surprised so many are penciling in Colorado as a guaranted "W"....?

I hate to say it, but I think they will be improved.

Alright, historically, the Huskers haven't earned the right to be respected in the top 25. And honestly, I don't know that  the should be ranked. However, there are only 2 BIG teams ranked, Purdue at #2 and Wisconsin at #13. The Huskers have a nearly identical record to Wisconsin, but with a win over the #2 ranked team in the nation. Given that, I'm surprised Nebraska isn't even in the "others receiving votes" category. I suppose sh!tting the bed at Iowa has a lot to do with this, but knowledgeable Nebrasketball fans, what will it take for the Huskers to get some respect int he polls?

Will and intellect on the road.

We have 6 more home games. Win those and we are at 20 wins. We play Michigan on the road.  That looks winnable to get to 21.

Michigan does look "winnable ", but until this group can summon the will and fortitude and mental toughness they've only produced at K-State on the road, there is reason for trepidation.

I think he is.  Technically the NCAA hasn't ruled on his case.  Huskers are holding him out because they know what the ruling is likely to be & don't want to forfeit any games he participates in.

Thanks, I don't think many of us realized just how severe the lack of a true point would hamper us.

Nebraska is currently a 2.5 point favorite with an over/under of 144.5.

Gary & Keita are out, Ulis is suspended.

    Students are finally back.

Alumni weekend  & they are honoring the 93/94 Big 8 conference tournament championship team.

    GBR!

Is Ulis even allowed to practice?

So, we are sitting at 11-2 with 18 games left. How are they going to finish?

im going to say they go 11-7 or 10-8 to finish the year. That would put them at 22-9 or 21-10.

A lot depends on Mast. Look how Keita disappeared. With a healthy Mast back for Indiana, I'd agree with you.

Agree, the last I looked we are currently at 96, give or take.  Rhule said he would not force anyone out & we are seeing several 5th yr guys coming back. Ruggeroli I understand, but Dermas seems to be in the pay for play category. I'm sure the Huskers have someone that understands this better than we do.  Plus it appears the NCAA has lost their backbone.

You're giving the NCAA way too much credit fore believing they ever possessed  a backbone.
