Original Plan work at Bookstore eat lunch/run errands work at home yard work wash car prep beer and mugs for game WHAT REALLY HAPPENED Bookstore--read all of the message boards I could find, broke down the game, read WI stats @ Home--no yard work--looks like rain, can use the time to read opposing teams message boards Began watching OSU game....caused me to get drowsy Woke up from nap---got out vac cleaner, plugged it in,,set out several spray cleaners on counter to give apperance that I cleaned, emptied bottle of Febreeze in house checked HuskerBoard/ESPN It actually looks like rain--washed car, did not rinse....nap made me too lazy and plus the rain will wash it off Set up living room with Husker Implements including 1971 autographed football watched Highlights of Nebraska football on Youtube (twice) pretended to do more work (sucks when you pretend to work to fool the owner and you are actually the owner got out resume and embellished it enough to be able to submit it to Nebra AD search committee bit fingernails more coffee (love Keurig) checked Lincoln weather report cmon lets get this thing going

Been on the road all week and so just sat down this morning to look at Wisconsins record and stats thus far---it aint impressive--they barely got by some teams that pretthy much suck thus far---if it was one isolated game----could give them a pass, but their body of work thus far is very poor. I think you keep things simple. Establish the running game with Rex---sprinkle in some safe passing rouites, screens to Turner, Heard, etc. Get them to load up the box and then send Bell down the sidelines. Wear down the defense and then in the second half, really let AA, Heard and Cross lay the smack down. On defense,---play assigment football---get some early pressure on the QB---and contain their running game--dont get shook if they break a few runs or even score early---DO NOT PANIC----stick the plan with some minor tweaks. Its going to be a long day just waiting for the game to get here.

Spending the morning at the Bookstore with some of my kids, doing some work, trying to focus--tough to do. This game reminds me a bit of an early 90's game against Colorado, we were both rated in the top ten, but it has been awhile since the Huskers had won a big game....lots of nerves and we came in and just kicked the crap out of them--like 50-10....it has that kind of feeling. So, will get back to the house. work around the house, do some more writing,,then a good hard workout around 6pm and listen to the pre-game----get done around 7:30pm, put some mugs in the freezer along with some beverages, shower dinner, and then GAME TIME
