I don't think they are getting "better players" as much as they are just getting new players that are for the most part similar to what has left.
They are probably a team that will go based off of about 10-12 players. The games where they go 42-50 for 450 yards and 4 TD passes, they will be okay.
I really think they could have been a Top-3 program this year .... in their old conference.

Yeah, they were pretty good for a long time. Not sure what's happened to them, other than everyone has down times.
That's quite the change, though.

Visiting this weekend. Does not appear to have an offer yet but that seems set to change.
Committed to Ole Miss a couple of weeks ago.

Fong says were "expected" to make a push for Dylan Edwards. Kansas State, Kansas and Texas A&M said to also be after him.
I still think he ends up somewhere else - probably Kansas State - but I like that we're at least trying.

For a long time this seemed like it was going to be a pretty tough pull but seems to be trending back toward us now.

Barring a scandal or similar, probably not. Due to all of the free media attention he gets, he's generated an enormous amount of value for the university.
Yeah, that and they didn't have enough to pay his salary to start with, let alone a buy out.
But I could definitely see him leave after this year, either because a couple key players leave or because he knows he's really screwed if he can't even win with them.

Worst case, he plays on special teams.
Yeah, I would guess he'll see the field on at least a couple Special Teams this year.
I would think LB would be better than RB, and I could see him in the rotation there in a couple of years.

Is anyone else amused that two of the biggest foul merchants in the NBA (LeBron and Embiid) are the ones complaining the most about officiating? I personally find that to be comical. Maybe it coincides with both of their teams being down 2-0?
