This was a new conference too. The expectations were too high this year. Having to play 12 games and most of them were brand new opponents, you are built for stopping and playing one style and have to change a little. There are bound to be bumps in the road.

You have to hire someone you trust. Someone with the same philosophy. Your right maybe Pap doesn't have this great resume, but that's just it. Bo can teach and mold him his way. You have to all be on the same page, from the coaches down to the team.

pass whatever your smoking this way..... He is not the recruiter Cally was, and he inherited a decent amount of talent (look at all the NFL picks over the last 4 years). No matter if you support Bo or not, lets atleast be honest about it. Not to mention that half of the players cally got never saw the field. Recruiting and developing are 2 different subjects. I think Bo and his staff can do both.

you definitely want character kids who are all N. If they are not, they could drag the whole team down with there crappy attitudes of not wanting to be there. Case in point, Gabberts brother. Glad we didn't get him in the end. He went to Mizzu to follow his brother and couldn't make it so he left. He was probably a cry baby the whole time he was there.

It just sucks when you have an astounding kid like this, not rated that high in the beginning and the coaches find a potential diamond and committs early. You start thinking he is in the Neb family. And then he leaves you high and dry. Theres no parity in recruiting. Dang Mack Brown shorts doesnt even have to leave his coach to get guys like this.

Damn it this sucks. If we had a couple of play makers at wr, we would throw more. We don't usually get these type of recruits so we have to run because that's the talent we get.
