Although we lose the big physical back in Ozigbo, and will miss him dearly, I'm truly looking forward to a backfield of Martinez, Washington, and the mixture of Wandale, Rahmir Johnson, and Thompkins assuming he's healthy.

The athleticism is there but in my personal opinion I think we see WR out of the slot most of the time, though he will get carries here and there.

  2. What I don’t get is how someone could even go back into the situation and feel they deserved to keep the job. How could you not have such a guilty conscience, really disgusting their initial decision was to keep him on board. Feel awful for the family

Next year will be Sindelar at Purdue. The best move Brohm made in his two years here are Purdue was to quit with the 2 QB rotation. Sindelar is very prone to throwing up Yolo bombs and getting INT'd. Also, has very little mobility.

I miss(not really) the Tommy Yolo bombs, roll out and huck it

With this last post/update/read ... it's pretty obvious that he has us an interest ... and that's just it.  So, surely, these 4 CB's from May have gone away?  Doesn't seem like we should any kind of 100% confidence.  It feels like 25-50% possibility, closer to 25%.

All still there with Wiltfong being one of them

  5. Diaco is a lunatic, let’s just forget about him, forever.

Im excited about the Dewitt/Ruud combo... the smarts of Dewitt with the experience of Ruud is a lot to be excited about. I also think the linebacker position (as well as the d line) is where we will see the biggest, immediate change.

  6. I look at like this, that after Tannor committed that threw a wrench in what would appear to be guaranteed playing time, pair that with the timing of the Schiano announcement and it was over. As far as Frost being pissed I don’t blame him, because he sees through the garbage. If anyone thinks Schiano will be there for any longer than another 10-12 months is blind, he’d have been gone 2 months ago had Tenn not freaked out, so he wants out. Pair all that with the hiring of Grinch, who was hired as a DC, the signs are all right there.

  7. Honestly, aside from Washington and Martinez this dude has me the most pumped. The size, attitude and the way he carries himself on the field makes me think he will contribute early and often.

The Morgan comparison is a good one, but honestly he reminds me of CJ Smith’s brother Trequan.

Well good for the Sooners capitalizing where we cannot during a down time and coaching change with Bookie and MT perhaps.  Let's see how we do in Missouri with a full year of our guys recruiting.

Well sure they had a coaching change but they were also a playoff team this year. There was literally no drop off in play switching from BGB to Lincoln

247 is pretty high on this kid compared to everyone else

They looked at him overall, offense and defense. Looks to me the other  sites chose a side. His ability to go on either side of the ball and perform at a division one level has got to be worth something. Generally when a person is classified as an athlete it’s a WR/CB/Nickel kind of thing, he is a special case
