Not a holder here, is this email going to be well received?

Giving us options for our tickets is akwsys giing to be well received.  There are some missing factors regardjng how many games will be available for each ticket held and at this point no one has an answer for that hence the reason for the survey.

You're doing the same thing. I get the sentiment, I have done the same thing for years up until this one, but you're still making leaps about being able to win one score games and the recruited talent actually having developed into a 10 win team when we just haven't seen it yet. There have been reasons that NU loses those one play or one score games and I need to see it on the field before I even start to expect 7 or 8 wins again.  There have been two 10 win seasons since I started college in 2003, 17 years ago. Those were in a much easier conference than the Big Ten is right now, and then you add in a top 5 non conference opponent to boot.  I just don't see it, especially if there ends up being no football this year and all this young talent cannot develop further.

Yes there are factors why a team losses closse games - but sometimes it's just a coin flip (example WR is open and the QB sees him and/or hits him with a proper pass - those are more flippy then inherit issue  ) flipping a coin 10 times doesn't always hit 5-5 and a 3-7 or 2-8 doesn't make the next group of ten anymore or less likely to be 8-2.

Game experience is important but time is way more important then actual games when developing depth - I would prefer both but to say that 12 months of no games doesn't allow depth to develop is falling short on reality.

Why do folks continue to do this?  We can't even get to a bowl right now, have won 13 games in the last 3 years combined, and you see potential for 10-2 in 2021 with that schedule?

Several of those games were one play or one score deals.  That can be fixed pretty quick - besides OU and OSU we will have flipped the roster to have enough talent to win those 10 games.  Missing a bowl game by one game 2 or 3 years ago will be a non factor next year.

Hey I get that long jump is good indicator of athleticism. Another indicator is 247 composite ranking and that is a low 3 star .83. I understand rankings are probably more off this year than normal

I just feel like the last 15 years of sucking has been husker fans saying ooh he is a good wrestler, good at high jump- long jump- shot put. But just ok at football by the time they leave our program

Projecting the future is much more valuable then reciting the past

This recruit and our coaching staff were not here 15 years ago

Is it deadlier than the flu though? If you had no flu vaccine how many more would it kill? Also coronavirus is lingering around longer so it has a chance to kill more due to longevity. The reason everyone accepts the flu is because we all know it has always been around, we know there is no cure so we accept it because we can’t change it. Coronavirus is new, if the day comes we have a vaccine and it comes back every year like the flu- like some believe it may be here to stay. 10 years from now we will become numb to it just like the flu and accept it

So no football for 10 years?

Has anyone said that he will start day 1 yet?

I have - does that count?  Now when you say "he" do you mean vokolek or fidone - cause the answer is YES

Thats fine I'm not saying your opinion isn't also valued, but perhaps in the P&R COVID thread as to keep this thread more on the topic of will there be a football season

If there isnt a football season it will be because of the reaction to this virus and eveything i have stated is related to this

But you keep posting and i will move on.

Again this isn't the thread for this conversation and I disagree with so much about this post so I'm just going to leave it be as to not further get into the weeds.

Ultimately it will go from the top down. HS will push ahead for now but it NFL cancels, NCAA cancels and shortly after most HS will too.

I value your opinion and this country has always thrived on them and always will.

Athlong says "Nebraska could be a fun spoiler team this season," with potential upsets of Minnesota and Penn State.

This is not aimed towards you TOE  but it will be hard to upset Penn State when we don't play them.  I more likely see NU upsetting Minny and then either Iowa or Wiscy.  If we end up with the home and away big ten west schedule then you can add 2 more upsets in that group of three.

Heck to the yeah!!! It hurts to lose Gray and Francois, but Joseph is a better prospect than either of those guys.

Whoever laughed at this post must have had a glitch with the trigger finger.  Those two were true freshman and NJ has equal or better talent with age on his side.

That’s always been the validation process.  If a student was trying to sell their ticket to the “public” that student had to pay the difference in the prices.

There was a time before "validation"

We got paper tickets with no name attached and letting my UCLA ticket go for $125 was a tough decision but also made for some quick "fun" money
