The one bright spot this game was when we ran the triple option. But to many fans would rather not run the option even if it means playing poorly

I thought the defense lucked out on a couple dropped passes and a couple wide open wr that had our guys beat against better teams those were touchdowns. That needs to be cleaned up.

Offense we have no o line. I'm not holding my breath either when is the last time we have seen good line play from this team. This needs to get better.

We have no kicker. A lot of kicks getting blocked cause we have no o line. This needs to change.

I am encouraged by everything else on this team, but right now Martinez is the weakest link. Truth Martinez missed so many reads. He is now a question mark going forward until he proves otherwise he has another game like this I think the backup QBs might see the field. That performance isn't gonna cut it. Hes missing the most basic reads. He couldn't even make the right reads even on zone reads. I dont have high Hope's for him at least for the rest of the season. I'm hoping he proves me wrong this season, but I'm not confident

Adrian Martinez is making his mind up where the ball is going before the snap. Cant do that especially in this kind of offense.

In this ruling there is a 3 prong test all three test must be satisfied in order to meet the minimal requirements. I dont the element of intent is present in the 2nd requirement. To me it was maurice telling a girl off, and he doesnt want her praise. I dont think the intent behind it was to cause detrimental effects within the state. In fact I dont think anyone actually thinks that was intent at all, and this ruling does require that intent. But your probably right it will ultimately be California judges ruling on the case.

No I actually just talked to a lawyer friend I have, and he confirmed jurisdiction would lay where the alleged evil act occurs. If he was out of state California has no jurisdiction 

They also have to prove that maurice was in the state of California at the time the video was sent. A good lawyer would know this. That's just one thing that could make this case difficult to prosecute there could be several others.
