Wonder how many of these fellas actually are gonna make it in for the game after this.

Hopefully they land some talent. This recruiting class is lacking blue chip talent.
3 star galore. They’ve had some limited traction with the higher rated fellas. They need to win this year. Bowl game.

Haha, this quote!
In person, I totally get it and it is funny but when it makes it to print it just isn't the same
"I think there's going to be more of a defensive side start to things," he said. "Coach Cooper played a big role in me being offered. He's trying to bring back the white defensive backs is what he told me. He's pretty cool. I think it'll be a defensive start because they said they have some guys coming it at receiver. I don't think that door is closed, but defensive back is more where I fit."
Welcome back Lance Thorell

He was. Formerly.

Move him to safety. You are telling me with his numbers he's not a better fit at safety than Hartzog?
A 220 lb safety?

With Missouri’s HS NIL law and their most recent success, it’s gonna be tough to pull the top Missouri talent out of the state.
We need to one up them legislatively somehow.
as a native Kansan I suggest a raid party.

Yeah I believe you. I just couldn't pass up a Decked is always wrong joke.
Like I said in another thread..it is just as skillful to get every prediction wrong as it is to get them all right.

Yeah, that and they didn't have enough to pay his salary to start with, let alone a buy out.
But I could definitely see him leave after this year, either because a couple key players leave or because he knows he's really screwed if he can't even win with them.
Especially his two sons being gone

Worst case, he plays on special teams.
Really no risk here either way.

If Colorado is losing players because better players have jumped them on the depth chart, Colorado might be pretty good.
If there's something toxic about the program and the leadership that's making them flee, Colorado will be a dumpster fire.
I think it's fair to say that a season without improvement would signal the end of Deion's run.
The problem is that they will have weak line play. There is a shortage of OL/DL talent in the portal. None of the top guys are going to CU. They will get and have good skill players like RB, QB, WR, DBs but they won’t be able to block or stop anyone.
Dylan left because they hardly run the ball as is & are looking to bring in two more portal guys. So his reps were going to lean out.

If he's going to be at the Spring game I'ld guess he is committing so he can peer recruit
He is gonna commit to Missouri.

An athletic freak no doubt. He would probably been at Nebraska his entire career if the frost out Rhule in could have happened a year earlier.
Athletically reminds me of Phalen Sanford, off the chart combine style stats. Size wise could play inside or out as an LB on the smallish side.
Really seems like a Rhule kind of guy, fast and athletic and can be taught how to play “college football”.
I think honestly given his lack of production Frost probably made the right call. And we got him now as a walk-on. Believe he has one tackle so far.

Not sure I agree with that assumption. I think we have plenty of money to cover tuition for a bunch of guys.
Depending on how you want to disperse it amongst your scholarship guys. Right now we don’t have a ton of extremely valuable guys. The elite level players where you are spending big bucks on. Other than DR & maybe Banks. Keep in mind the roster is 100+. 85 scholarships. We have supposedly a pot of 10 million. The more elite players you have the more you’ll pay.
and please keep in mind it’s housing, food, clothes, books/tuition. And cars for guys too. It gets expensive fast.

Confirmed he is walking-on. Starting out more than likely at LB but could play RB.

His Hs QB is there, his dad played there and he previously committed there. I think you are right, but would welcome you being wrong and NU land him.
Correct. Avery Johnson. From Wichita.
and also correct. He would instantly be better than anyone on the roster.

Does it matter whether he's on scholarship or not these days? The scholarships and NIL money can be shuffled around to make pretty much anything work now.
Yes. They don’t have the money to give many walk-ons the NIL treatment. Most of them aren’t good value.
