I seem to remember Bo, early in his tenure at NU, stating he didn't offer scholarships to incoming H.S. kickers or punters. My guess is he had a change of heart due to the impact Alex Henry had on games. We offered a few top kickers schollies in the 2011 clclass and ended up taking Bondi. Now we are taking long snappers on scholarship. Quite an evolution for Bo. It's probably a good move. We seem to be filling the positions of greatest need this year (safety, lb, de, te), which allows us the luxury to spend a scholarship on a long snapper.

I can tell you won't make it very long here. I ment toughness in the fact that you shouldn't take that personal in the slightest. Relax. No baby seals were clubbed, no gays were burned at the stake. Is it true that McWilson may graduate early and enroll in January? (I can't remember if I read this in regards to McWilson or Love.) There won't be much depth at safety when McWilson arrives, and he ought to have a chance to compete for playing time early. A January enrollment could really help his chances if he wants to see the field as a true freshman.

Has anybody heard if Lacy still wants to attend the same school as Priest Willis? It would be nice to get him to Lincoln in Oct with Willis (and hopefully Goodman). It would be even nicer land actually land this trio. Why not dream big!?!
