Time to move on. Plenty of WR will jump on board once they know Stanton comes on.

Seriously. This topic has gone way too far. He's fast and athletic and pretty big. Which happens to be what Bo likes in a DB. He is a 3 star commitment from close to home so we have to get these guys. Let's move on because once his pads are popping receivers, it is not going to matter if it was a 10.39 or a 11.00. It's fast either way.
I agree, i was debating whether to post again about it or not and frankly im tired of it as well, just wanted to post where i got my info, to prove i didnt just make it up outta thin air lol.
+1 to you and welcome to the board.
Thank you. I have been reading for a little while and there are a lot of good insights. I don't have a lot of people around me to talk Huskers so this is as close to ome I can get

Anything on him lately? He was looking to commit somewhere pretty quickly until Fish convinced him to wait until he could visit for BRW and it's been silence since.

All very good points. To me it just came off as a guy saying, "Please offer me.". Then they offer and he says, "Thanks, I' ll think about it.". It just seemed if he wanted to be offered so bad, he would have wanted to commit once the offer came through.
That being said, I really hope that he commits because by his film and demeanor, he would be a good face of the team for a few years. Kind of like Cousins at Michigan St.

It's going to take getting someone like this to get other high profile recruits to come here on a regular basis. I don't know if we are there yet but I think we are close. We have been on the radar for some of the bigger fish. We just haven't set the hook yet. We need just one 5 star not from Nebraska to commit and others will take notice. Getting closer.

I don't care what his tweets or texts look like. All I care about is an N on his helmet, making the grade in school, and tackling buckeyes, badgers, hawkeyes, gophers, etc

I like this QB. I think he would be a great addition to the team. I am somewhat confused by him though. Before we offered him, he had few offers and really came out to Lincoln to sell the coaches. He said he really wanted an offer from Nebraska. Then we offer him and he not only has not committed but has gone out to other places in search of offers. What was the point of saying he wanted an offer from Nebraska if he wasn't intent on accepting when the offer came through? I am inclined to believe that this is just an ego boost for these young men that they want to have offers just to have them.

I agree. The main focus should be locking up talent that is close to home. A 3 star out of Sioux Falls should be something we go after any day of the week.

Says here he ran a 11.00 in the 100 in the SD State meet for 2nd place finish. I still like the commit though.

T Armstrong too. Definitely. WR might not be thinking about 2-3 yrs out with those two and maybe even Kincade in the mix
