May as well strike Texas off that list -- can you honestly fathom them giving up their fiefdom and joining a conference where schools share the revenue? I don't see any SEC teams leaving their conference, which doesn't leave many choices remaining. Maybe Kansas, GTech.

Way too overplayed. It's good because even the most stubborn sit-on-hands fan will chant along with this song, but it kills the noise of good ol' fashioned cheering. EDIT: Yikes, just noticed the necro job I did, oops

I created an account just to pose the same question Blue already did! This is a great board, Husker Nation has great fans, and I appreciate the "interlopers" (such as myself) are respectful as well. So, when you heard about Maryland, was your reaction, "It doesn't make sense to have them join OUR conference;" or was it, "Why would the B1G add Maryland." (A more personal "our" conference, v. an impersonal "the" conference.) (For the record, not only did/do I love Nebraska's teams joining, but you as fans have elevated the B1G as well. Some of our schools' fans could learn from you!)
