  1. With Jones' commitment, staff will not take another DB. Hallmon has since canceled his trip. Getting to the end here got to make room for more DE, OT, WR, and RB.

Even with Jones adding to this line of of what we have we're at 19 now and if we do get other positons that you say we'll be at 24 so why not one more?

We will probably take more than 24 as lost a few players during the year.

  2. Catching the replay on BTN right now--Pinnacle was rockin' tonight which is good to see on TV.

Good job 'Huskers. Keep it up, and let's use this W to turn this thing around. :)

It was really loud. Someone needs to teach the students past the first row how to jump, though.

That's covered in graduate-level classes, Sir.

And watched the game this AM/last night. Good quality win, no matter how many excuses were being made for tOSU. We went from a ~30 point loss to an eight point win.

That's a team growing before our eyes, folks. Here's hoping they keep it up. :)

No excuses needed but at this point OSU isn't even a top 25 team. You can't go on a losing streak like this and say this is a good team. Craft and Scott don't look the same on the court as they have in the past.

Good win for the Huskers after getting blown out in Columbus. That shows some growth.

    Really,

Ohio St. loses to Mich. St. (17-1), Iowa (15-3), Minnesota (14-5) & us. 3 out of the 4 were on the road & 2 top 10 teams. How are they not a top 25 team. Please make somewhat of an educated response.

  3. HAHA! I just watched his highlights. He's got some Mike Nobler-esque "highlights" on the film. It's not the best film I've seen. I'd put Kweishi Brown and Hallmon higher on the priority list personally.

I agree! I really like Hallmon.

I wish Hallmon's tape had CB highlights. All it has are WR highlights.

Brown is probably the recruit I want the most at this point. We need an instant contributor, and he looks like a potentially big-time player. In his one highlight, he picks the ball and returns it 100 yards, and he looks damn fast. I bet he ran those 100 yards in under 10 seconds.

  5. Yeah, I was one of them. The majority seemed quite confident in his tweet that he was golden.

Regardless, it's always funny how decommits suddenly become horrible people who will fail at life.

Some do, some don't. I was just saying that it was funny that after the tweeter thing happened last week about his grades, he is gone! And I was one who did not think he would play anyway. If he is that good, I hope he gets to play again.

  6. Academic issues when committed to NU: He should be fine, the classes are easy and he seems confident.

Academic issues when committed to KSU: What an idiot, he'll never make it on campus anyway. No work ethic prima donna who will end up working at Hardee's.

There were several on this board that said he would not be playing for NE due to grades! This is nothing new!
