Hello from Kansas City! I moved to KC from Omaha in May and am excited for Saturday. I will be attending by myself as a rep for my company and wanted to meet some fellow board members. Send me an email and let me know where we are going to meet at the Fan Zone. Weather Info - We received freezing rain and some snow today/tonight. Plans are that the heavy snow is going to start falling tomorrow afternoon. Unknown yet how much, but it could be a couple of inches to a foot. Saturday will be cold, but no bad weather. I received my ticket package today and it had a ticket to the "Kickoff Countdown Party" Not sure if this is something that can be purchased or what, but it show the following events: Opens at 4:30 All you can eat buffet Live band The complimentary drinks (beer, soda & coffee) sarge

I never thought I would have to post something like this, but I moved the family to Kansas City (from Omaha). Where is a good place to enjoy a Husker game in the Olathe area? I am amazed at the number of license plates in the area with Nebraska stickers and plate holders on them. Kind of makes me feel at home. I did get some crap at the Price Chopper today for wearing my Husker polo. They're just jealous!

CreightonJay4Michigan, Is this enjoyable for you to come on here and make yourself look like an idiot? Why not represent CU as sportsman? There are differences between friendly fan banter and just being a jerk. I am looking forward to a great bowl game and am sure each team with come to win. Each of these young men has worked all year to realize this experience, so lets commend them and wish them luck. As a Creighton University graduate, I will be cheering for Nebraska on December 28th. Since you do not choose to do so, please take your comments to the UM forums so we can discuss the bowl game as adults.
