Pelini is a great coach and you should be happy you have him... most Husker fans would welcome him back with open arms... But your post has less substance then HuckFuskers post... I mean Pelini was our DC not your D-line coach... and I think most husker fans are happy to see a new coach in that area... Jamrog was a good recruiter but not a great coach... Well atleast we got a hell of a recruiter with questionable coaching... We also gained a DC that has years of experience in D-1 football... You should feel real lucky Pelini is there... no maybe your players will actually tackle and make plays unlike the last two games of the year... Your other Co DC seems to be in too big of shoes... he sure is no great prize himself! Plus... We all knew Pelini was not going to stay here forever... but the same can be said about his short stay in Norman... he will stay for a couple years then he waves goodbye and goes to another job to be a head coach...

If we just had another big man I think we win that game... Turek played darn well... but when he was out of the game... man we got pushed around... Hope that Aussie turns out to be as good as they say... He would have a hudge impact next year... I still think we can finish around .500 but im biased as hell!

I dont think he is being brought in to really coach... Blake is one amazing recruiter... Look at the players he had at UO when he left... the Freshman and sophmore classes were SICK in talent... Ron Brown and Sanders were the two I REALLY wanted to be kept... I also wanted Gill and Williams kept but not on the same level as Brown and Sanders. I feel bad for Brown... The guy might do his bible talk but it has never bothered me... Infact I think its a good thing... What better way to show a recruit and family you have morals and values then actually being religous? Sanders is one hell of a coach... he will do fine finding a job fast... just wish he was with us... Pelini was gone anyways and not sure how BP and Callahan would have been able to work together... Oh well... Its sad to see someone like Brown go... He is a great person and a good coach... not many like him around...

I think we "should" win every home game besides 1 or 2... Kansas and OU will both be hard but the rest should be winnable... Road games we SHOULD win are Baylor, Colorado, aTm, and KState... Colorado is the best of the bunch but should be a winnable game... We played okay Defense last night I just dont see how we allowed them to make 55% of their three pointers... Anyone actually go to the game or watch it on TV? I would like to hear your thoughts

Well that game didnt go too well... Hope the do better againist Colorado? If we can win 4 road big 12 games this year... i would be damn happy! I think we should still do well at home

Bo is gone... the real question is does the new offense allow us to get some of the top players that have yet committed? or are we going to get too far behind... we shall wait and see...

Tennesse has only lost once this year... that was to us... Az state has played solid... With those three wins (minn included) it has placed us at 4th in rpi... when was the last time that happened at the of nonconference schedule? No idea myself but im sure its been a while!

God I just hope we finish atleast in the top half of the big 12... and I think we have ability to finish in the top 4... Seems like several big 12 teams are down this year where as we are much better... Hope more people start showing up to the games! That includes my ass...
