Am I the only one whom will actually break down and cry if we throw a 20-40 yard pass completion to a receiver on a go/fly route?
I'll be crying along side.

I would start LM for consistency, but not hesitate to put AM in if he isn't getting it done.

He played in the second half, but i think Franklin and the team calmed him down.

Just my opinion and I'm not complaining (yet), but LM doesn't seem to throw very well on the run. When he rolls out his passes are more wobbly and not on the mark. This can be improved upon, and when he is better will make the offense more dynamic. Again just an opinion based on very limited observations.

What Moiraine said.

I'm leaning towards AM. I just think that he is Frost's boy. Not saying LM wont play or can't play better.

Or flyovers.
Or honoring a vet for each game at Memorial Stadium.
I am a veteran and think this should not happen at games either.

your don't watch them play the national anthem?
Nope.

I stopped watching because I watch sports for entertainment, not politics. Most people can't protest in their place of work without getting fired. Why should they be allowed?

I'm taking it as a good sign.

That is a good read. We, as fans, don't know what individual players have to deal with. Really eye opening.

I first read that as getting a "break" as a few more plays going our way or a few more defensive stops, etc. Like most of you have already said, this is just click bait.

Dave Rimington and, because Suh and Wistrom have been mentioned, Chris Peter (without the off the field problems)

If he's legitimately 6'6 250 right, I'm excited to see what Duval can do with him. I know some people are saying he'll grow into a DE, but it would be fun to see an NFL sized pass rushing OLB if he can keep his athleticism.
It's fun to imagine having someone like that.

Dunno if that’s possible, most degree courses have a grade point average. IE. a business course requires a GPA of 2.5 and a c- for a required business course is a retake. I could be wrong and those are my recent changes.
That's how the grading was when i was there.

They chose Texas over us, and were on board ditching us and going to the Pac 10. I lost the respect I had for them long ago.
Agree with this. The only time I cheer for OU is when they play texas and a few sec schools.Otherwise I hope they lose.

Call yourself an idiot if you want, but you are one brave idiot at that. Well done, and thanks for serving. When did you serve?
During the first gulf war. I went in for college money. Got my BS without any debt. When did you serve?

Neither did I, but was offered. They were giving bonuses for the combat arms (armor, infantry, artillery), but i was signing up to be in commo. They tried three times to lure me with the $$$$ but I held fast. That last day in the induction center, I talked with several potential mechanics, radio repair guys and intel guys that took the $$$ and went to combat arms. I just shook my head. LOL.
I went airborne infantry (idiot), but they weren't offering money for that when I joined.

Miami folks are just sure that Nebraska is "dropping bags" to get these recruits. Hmmmm.
When I was recruited in Nebraska I was offered a lot of things. An $8000 signing bonus, all expense paid trip to Europe. Training in what ever field I chose. Excellent physical fitness training and highly directed personnel development programs.
I didn't get the bonus money when I signed.

Martinez didn't play well the first half against Purdue, but he was also rusty, which led to an inconsistent first half. He also made a great scramble and throw to Noa on 4th down to set up the first TD. Late in the 3rd quarter and into the 4th quarter, Martinez caught fire and made the plays to get NU ahead twice. The D couldn't get the stop in the 4th quarter for the win. Unfortunately, the D played well the first 20 minutes of the game, and set up the offense with short fields, but the offense couldn't score the points to put Purdue away. In that game, both units took turns giving the game away.
This happened in several games this season.

I agree with Undone. It seems like Chin doesn't make any halftime adjustments and teams come out a gash us.

I agree with Hayseed. The secondary lost this game.
