If Keller comes in a just scorches the opponents defense an destroys single season passing records, it will not hurt our chances of recruiting some of the top pocket QBs in the future. I don't see a down side of him coming in, as long as he isn't a cancer to the team or community.

True, but I'm sure BC and Co. will make very clear to this kid that he has to earn a starting spot. If Keller trusts BC enough with his professional future to forgo attending a I-AA school and sit out a year, he'll listen to BC talk about the importance of leadership - something BC believes strongly about. I'm sure BC will encourage Keller to watch how Taylor goes about his business. If he comes here, Keller knows he's got one chance to get it right. I imagine he'll be a model citizen and teammate. Keller will need no sermon.......he will know to get and keep his head on straight although many are skeptical, this could be a huge break for us next year, while the other guys develop...... hunter This would be win-win for us...... If he comes in a does well like he did at ASU before his injury, then we have a proven leader on offense and a solid transition from ZT via Keller onto whomever that will be learning and watching during 07. His presence will raise the QB competition level as well, so if someone beats him out, so be it. Put the best guy under center.
