Tyron Johnson, who was a 5-star recruit coming out of HS, is transferring from LSU and looking for a more "wide-open" offense. Nebraska is mentioned as a possible destination. Come on Coach Williams -- do your thing!

This is like an adrenaline shot for the entire program. I'm excited not only for his on-field ability, but also for the positive attention it will bring (making Nebraska seem "cool" or "hip" again), and (hopefully) for his ability to lure other big names here. I'm hoping that his commitment starts a trend and that big-name recruits will start to look at Nebraska in a different light.
Suffice to say, KJ Jr. is the most important recruit we've had in a long time, because if he commits, it could lead to a domino effect of other top recruits from Calabasas signing with Nebraska, not just this year but in future years as well.
