    IMO, the only reason to make this move so early is: 1. Osborne said Frost is ready to come here or 2. we're finally ready to spend the big bucks to get a real coach. (stoops, kelly, les)

    well it's going to be awkward when riley wins out and we get the last spot in the final 4.

    riley should be fired on the spot if we lose to rutgers regardless who our starting tackle is.

    oregon game was a disaster defensively, and northern ill game was a disaster on offense. we just need to get both sides of the ball to play great at the same time. there's no reason we can't roll over rutgers/illinois then throw our best shot at wisconsin in front of a ruckus crowd. am i right?

    rutgers lost at home to eastern michigan by 3. they are worse than us. if lee doesn't throw a pick 6 this weekend, we win easily by 14+

    kelly is getting 6 mil per year until 2019 by the 49ers if he doesn't take another coaching job, so it'd take a 6 or 7 year 40 mil deal to actually get him to come here.

    so i guess that makes nick saban a bad coach because he didn't succeed in the nfl.

    for 5 mil a year i think he would be okay with answering reporter questions after practice and doing a few speeches at booster dinners. he can hire assistants to recruit.

    maybe kelly wouldn't fit here, but at least we'd be bringing in a coach who has proven he can build a program and take them to a championship.

    i kind of laugh when people suggest we hire frost when kelly is available. frost uses the system that kelly created... lol

    stop buying season tickets and maybe the University will actually be forced to pay for a good coach.

    there are dozens of coaches with riley's win % that eichorst could have hired. i don't see how hiring a .500 coach makes you a genious

    the sellout streak is a blessing and a curse. until people stop renewing season tickets, the university will keep hiring cheap coaches.

    maybe we should pay 1 good coach 5 mil instead of 3 average coaches 1.5 each.
