Frost is my top choice but there are much worse hires than Sumlin. 51-25 since the move to the SEC, only behind Bama, LSU and Georgia in terms of wins. Feels like it could be a Mark Richt change of scenery hire.

To play devils advocate, Clouse worded it as the coaches contacted him to see if he had heard if SF had a staff in place at Nebraska. So not trying to give info to Clouse but to inquire about staff decisions.

Sorry I'm board. Certain pay board said Chris Peterson is unhappy and knows Moos from Oregon- so he's the flavor of the minute right now. Guessing this one is too giant of a longshot.

I trust the two way conversations between Frost/agent and Nebraska since I trust the person to confirmed the ESPN guy's info. 

Common sense would say they're dealing with Frost and the rest is a smoke screen. But some of those posters seem dead set on it being a huge name out of LF. It could be no one knows what the hell is going on. 

Overnight nuggets from the insiders on a certain paid messagboard: there are two groups over there one group has been told this is a done deal with Frost and he's N. The other group is saying Moos has bigger fish to fry and the name is massive - but they aren't mentioning the name (stoops?, Kelly?).

If anyone is friends with "Tim Carpenter" from Nebraska, please ask him if he could DM Coach Chin and ask if he's moving to Lincoln, NE in the near future. 

I assure all of you that Coach Chinander didn't start following our recruits and players recently. There are weird hints if you do look through people he recently followed, for example a random Husker fan named Tim. Why would a d-coordinator for a D1 school start following a random husker fan in the middle of the season? We could do this all day.

Moos is the man. By all accounts our athletic department was a cluster and SE didn't have the best relationship with the coaches. Riley is getting fired, Moos keeps his word and more importantly, is earning the trust with the other coaches in our department.

I think Moos has already discussed it with him. Moos seems to be up front and honest, I doubt he would string Riley along and go after Frost.
