Really? Because we had a better yards per play than they did
I saw their Qb working the edge, all day, pulling the ball out and running fearlessly and in a decisive manner. Then, letting his RB run all over when we keyed on him. Isn’t that what AM is supposed to be doing? We got a lucky W

You mean AM...Taylor Martinez does not play for us anymore.,.
Yes....wrong bad QB typed in

Not gonna happen he will be an O lineman the rest of his career. Too late now
Which is sad. He is not the next Dave Rimington as Frost proclaimed

Worse completion percentage
SIGNIFICANTLY worse yards per attempt
And threw a horrendous pick that cost them the game.
Other than that......
Did you see how he ran their running offense? They had our guys chasing all day. I wish TM could do that #DeerInTheHeadlights

—Jurgens needs to go back to TE or LB. NOT a center.
—Special Teams are bad
—Coaches are coaching scared
—playbook needs to grow
—Northwestern’s QB played better than ours and ran the offense better than we did
—Robinson has won us 2 of our 4 Games

He had 5 passes and completed 2. It's not a large sample size, but he also didn't come in and go like 4 of 5 on his first drive for a TD.
He does that, I'll listen to QB controversy. But he struggled with the bad snaps and OL just like Martinez. He hit the one good pass down the sideline to Wandale to help win the game.
2 of the I completed were when he was running for his life and threw it away, especially with one being on another crappy snap by Jurgens. Look at the stats that way and he did pretty good

Frost and Co have “their guys” on the field, outside of a few. Experience is lacking, but sure does not bug other teams. Why does it bug NU so much?

Nah, not even. Right now I'd bet on them to smack us around this year but wouldn't be shocked if we start playing our best football down the stretch. If we don't start beating them this year it will begin next year. This lopsided series starts swinging back in our favor pretty soon.

What did we learn......
1) we are YEARS away from anything of substance
2) I have a hard time finding 1 thing we do well consistently
3) if we are sticking with players, we need to give everyone a look. Use the 4 game red shirt rule all over the roster
4) the media hype machine did their jobs
5) 6 wins and a bowl would be a great year at this point

I'm guessing we go 3-1 in the next 4 honestly. I really can't pick one we lose to. We beat Northwestern handily.
Really? There isn’t a game on our schedule that is a given W right now. So many holes to patch up, we don’t do 1 thing well. I hope 2-2. I hope we can get to 6 wins.

76 total yards at half was the only story anyone needed to read.

As a fan, sadly I still think in terms of where we were in the 90s as where we should be.
Reality hit hard last night, it ain't happening again.
I just told my wife the exact same thing. All we have now is our past glory

So far, all we have is talk. The Kool Aid drinkers eat it up, the media do the same. Results are far and few between and I am also sick of the talk.

Martinez has 16 interceptions and 18 fumbles (10 lost) in 16 career games. If that doesn’t stop, we’ll never have any offensive rhythm or continuity. Turning this around starts with #2.

What can they do? They can be honest. Stop blowing smoke up everyone’s behinds. You are a bad football team that for every step forward, you go 5 steps back. 6 wins, at this point, would be monumental

Jurgens flat out stinks and it starts with the bad snaps

Folks need to stop panicking. Name one kid in the trenches that you know will be drafted? We've known for some time that we don't have the talent to compete at an elite level. And Frost doesn't have a magic wand to immediately change that. Folks should calm down knowing this is a building process that will take time.
We have the second coming of Dave Rimington at center, what are you talking about?

Amen...,,,TM has been a basket case all season. Plain and simple, we are a bad team

the pics of fred dont seem to be showing up.
It is either taking place tonight at the kick-off scrimmage or at Game Day tomorrow.

Yes, it sure does. Just like any number of the threads out there......move along

I don't know if it will be on College Game Day or if will be at the basketball kick-off tonight, but I can't wait to see the photos of Fred dressed up in his sleeveless flannel shirt trying to imitate Larry the Cable Guy ! It should be a riot .....Git R Done !

Well, as a meteorologist, I don't go to Accuweather or the Weather Channel. If you want to know what is going to happen, then go straight to the National Weather Service, they are the only source to trust:

The price tag, I imagine, will also include the move and building of a new track at Innovation Campus. Probably going to be out near the soccer/tennis complex (if it fits)

Why does that matter? Do you honestly think Jurgens is a gamer at center? How many drives did he single handedly kill today via penalty or bad snaps? It was a lot, not acceptable 6 games in.
