First time I remember hearing Freedom's name in three weeks.

Why are the play calls so scared like playing to lose a NC or something?

Worst possible start. We could use a special teams coach.
I've said elsewhere...Urban Meyer coaches OSU's ST. Do you think it's a priority? It's the CEO directly running an outside sales team...it's a slight (/sarc) point of emphasis.

Game 12...and Washington doesn't know the touch back rule...
wow

After we score the TD, do we go for two?
No. There will be a lot more points. We hold two FG's for them and we score a TD...it's tied

Go ahead and pass me some of that.
I'm becoming a huge fan of this kid. Keep working in the off season and we have a special kid.
This is the upside to Frost's trust philosophy. Some kids truly get better. The cut-of-cloths like Lightburn? They need to go away. Pickering is a warrior...

Needs more than 4 touches a half
Yes. And need more than 4 possessions in a half

Honest question. Why can't we have a D like Iowa. Dominant DL. Tied with INT's for the nation or 2nd. 2nd in the B1G with TO's and a plus 7 TO margin.....They stop teams and get TO's........why can't we get that?
Yep, what I posited in a thread created last week. Lot's of comments stating "pick one or the other". We need both, and this O, to win NC's

What is he doing wrong in recruiting? This is their first full class.
Good point too early to tell. My initial thought is yes, wait, but also look at UCF. Small speed with a nose for the ball to turn it over. What happens when the other team doesn't make mistakes?
-
4th possession with 29:14 gone in the half.
Next couple years when the O is a true terror on everyone, chin MUST change the pilosophy both recruiting and on the field. This is simply not going to work even with talent upgrades. We NEED three and outs, not just turnovers.

5yds per run....
2nd and 10 to a 3rd and 2...from an off tackle run
-
This is the type of game where turnover philosophy hurts. O has had three possessions.
3.
And yes, talent will help. But we have to find ways to shut people down without hoping for two fumbles a game.

Their QB has to be a 6.2 40y runner

Martinez needs a better internal clock. No pocket awareness.
He is slow to go through reads...not surprising as a Frosh

I'm not convinced this is a scheme issue, fully. Looking at the D players coming into '19, I'm excited.
-
When we adjust for their run, we then cannot lose TE discipline for coverage. This one if going to be tricky for our D...hoping for a couple TO's from them

Iowa D is slow
They do not have the DLine and LB athletes MSU does

The Iowa tight ends thing. Yeah.
Yep. If we can play loose and disciplined to reduce their TEs' impacts, we'll have a good chance

I suspect the more important contribution of Frost and his coaches is the culture, attitude and temperament they instilled rather than the x's and o's that is accounting for a good portion of UCF's continued success this year.
Frost’s ability to build relationships with Fla HS coached was also impressive

Seeing this team today and remembering what Riley had done to us, makes me think that Riley was never a nice guy. He was a con artist that stole millions from Nebrasaka and all he did is buy the players ice cream after they laid a goose egg performance.
This is similar to what I see. The golly gee shux act was a front. The man was a thief whom NU entrusted to build a program, parents entrusted to build character, and he didn’t care at all during a backslide of losing.
Its no surprise, he’s been a loser his entire career.

Nebraska's getting their fight back and they did it with nothing to really play for except each other, their pride, and their program.
It was a joy to witness.
Safe to say the culture has officially changed. No looking back, boys. Things are getting better

Reed and Pickering for sure

Great stop, boys!
