This here is inaccurate information and this kind of crap is what spreads fear and makes it worse then it really is. They don’t know if it will die off when the warmer weather comes around it’s too early to tell with the virus right now but they did say it will more then likely die off when the weather gets warmer as most viruses do.

I’m just gonna add that I don’t know how you can possibly say warmer weather may cause decline when it is already in warmer climates.

Yes, 2.5 years.  My son switched his after year 2 & was eligible as he filled up with core classes & had most of his electives filled.   60% is not getting your degree, just qualifying.

No, they must have 60% finished in their degree field. A major change would change the amount of allocated credits in said field.

Not really.  Your core classes are pretty much the same so changing majors after year 1 is easy to do.  After 2 is doable, especially if you redshirt as you get the extra year.  Just because you are eligible for sports for 5 years does not mean you will graduate.

That is false. After 5 semesters, the ncaa requires you to declare a major. Also, meaning after at least 60 credits. They also must have 40% of degree fulfillment in said declared major in their third year and 60% in their 4th year or they will be declared ineligible.

When I was at UNL (a long time ago), we just had pluses to the letter grades.  B+ was worth 3.5 and a B was worth 3.0.

If they added minuses to the grading system, 1.8 is probably a C- average.

Dunno if that’s possible, most degree courses have a grade point average. IE. a business course requires a GPA of 2.5 and a c- for a required business course is a retake. I could be wrong and those are my recent changes.

What we had was a worse version of Taylor Martinez.  Now Adrian hopefully turns it around, but as far as last year goes there is no denying that he was worse than TMart.  But according to some on here, that is only my opinion cause he is Hispanic or darker than white.  So here come's Antifa, coming to hang the guy who hates whatever Adrian is (btw my worst enemies have all been white)

And what we have here is an individual who can’t hold an intellectual conversation. A narcissist who attempts to race bait and a grown man who is a child.

You've repeated the same things over and over concerning his play, so here is facts:

    AMart sophomore season:

1,956 yards, 10 tds, 9 ints, 59.2% comp. rating and 37 less attempts... While playing an entire season with a torn shoulder.

626 rushing yards and 7 TDs.

    TMart sophomore season:

    2089 yards, 13 TDs, 7 ints, 56% comp. rating.

874 yards rushing, 9 TDs.  On 44 more rushing attempts.

TMart has 2 more games played too.

So time to sit down and starting being factual or stop posting. Because as of late, you haven’t had anything beneficial to give anyone on this board.

Hmm...we have a chance to bring some new coaching blood in and go back to a guy that was just here in 2018?  Were the NY Giants great at the OLB position this year?

Golden had a career in sacks coming off injury. Carter had a career high in sacks. Oshane had 4.5 sacks as a rookie. Actually, all of their OLBs had career highs in sacks.

Really?  So, he would be leaving a good team that wins games, fills their stadium and competes for championships because he doesn't get enough touches/catches in an offense not built for him, to go home to a bad team with a bad offense that barely wins any games.

I guess this will just have to be one of those things that's a personal decision that he needs to make and it's perfectly fine if others don't understand.  Sometimes needing to be closer to home is a pretty strong pull.

And, yes, I know they just changed coaches.  I'm not convinced that Schiano can do what he did previously there again.

I guess you misconstrue the fact that Greg Schiano has been winning a lot of games with OSU. It’s a draw for a lot of kids, especially a lot of kids who are from that area. It’s a talent rich area, as well.

Not saying it WILL work for Rutgers, but it’ll be interesting to watch and see how it develops.

I don't really think that's the case.  They wouldn't have been allowed to sign if we weren't fairly confident they'll make it.  And we're not going to know any more about if they will or not in the next month.

Agree with this, if he’s signing during the next signing period, then there would be no way for the staff to know Manning/Betts are qualifying.

I didnt vote, but a few thoughts:

Coming off of 3 straight losing seasons, the next 2 years are so crucial to our future, so the top 6 that will have the most immediate impact are my top 6

-Corcoran , he is good enough to start his 2nd year.  And we need an OL like him.

-Keyshawn Greene, same as above but at the LB spot

-Omar Manning, immediate top level receiver

-Va Mauga-Clements, this defense needs playmakers at LB and he will contribute immediately

-Zavier Betts, he is just that good he will be a big contributor by his 2nd year if not this year

-Sevion, because he is already physically ready and we need another RB

I really hope Sevion is the real deal, It has been a while since Nebraska had a stud RB and we need one.  Im talking Burkhead/Abdullah level good.  I think Mills is better than he is given credit for, but our young RBs didnt impress me last year and some of them are injury-hampered.

I would mostly agree with this list, but Sevion. Scott looks a lot more physically ready. I saw a picture of Sevion and looked like he needed a year of nutrition, but I guess a lot of people said the same about Mo.

I see what you're saying and don't disagree.  I'm just looking at this and trying to see (if I were a coach) where I would try to plug holes with the couple scholarships available.

If we are talking something like a grad transfer or someone who is going to come in as a junior, it really doesn't affect this list.

Initial post went over my head. Ope
