It doesn't matter when they get in against NS. Against their weak defense on any given play we just might score.

Bo will be a great pickup. Hopefully he will commit soon. The new complex has to be a great sell. I could definately see him redshirting his first year though.

Ronell will definately be a husker. He will probably be a four star recruit.

You know both Ruud and Steve will see a lot of action against NS. Both will get plenty of opportunity to pad their tackle stats.

We will win a lot of games this year because of Zac. He's got skills. What's more, he seems to be still improving. He hasn't leveled out or topped off yet.

I thought the game wasn't televised. Heck if they are showing it at Hooters I'll be there!!!!

No offense... but why do you want Steve to get the starting spot back so bad? I mean I know he is a great talent, but isn't it possible that Bo Rudd is just better right now? If Steve was the better player he would be on the field. I think too many people want Steve on the field on hype and talent alone. There is more to defense then just raw ability... I want to see them both play, but I think we should be giving credit to Bo for earning the spot instead of saying how Steve should have it, when he has only play 1 quarter of D-1 football. Next year we'll be real nasty with both of them on the field and McKeon/Dillard filling up the middle. I thought Coz orginally gave both Ruud and Octavian blackshirts. If Octavian earns his back all that means is we now have more competition and better play from our linebackers. That's no crack at Ruud. I just want the best possible play from both players.

NS will move the ball on us. They will probably score on us against our backups. But we should be able to score on them at will. They are a lower division team that returns only three starters on defense. They return on defensive lineman, one defensive back and one linebacker. Even with our backups in we should roll up 600 to 700 yards and 60 + points.

He will get a chance to et it back. Hopefully he will have a great day against NS and USC.

If we dropped a spot after beating a division 1A team by all those points I wonder if we are going to drop again this week after we beat a lower division team. I quess it doesn't matter. If we beat USC next week we will move up a few positions. USC will probably stay ahead of us. But we will move up some.

I think Kenny Wilson will be fine. This was just his first game. He was in front of probably the biggest crowd he has ever played in front of. And he was so new he only had 20 something total practices as a husker. And to top it off he probably only knows a small part of the playbook. By the time we play Texas Wilson will be a great running back.

They only completed 13 total passes out of 32 thrown. A 40% completion percentage.

Jones will have a great season but he won't get much accomplished this weekend. NS will probably only throw the ball a half a dozen times. He should rack up a few tackles though.

I think Lucky will be at the top of his game in LA. This is his home town. And he will be playing in front of his family. Wilson will get in the game and do a great job, but Lucky will have an outstanding day.

Good point. There is only so much Pete Carrol can do. USC has a lot of talent. Even their backups are talented. But we have a more seasoned team. And the trojans need to gel as a team. They may have won 27 home games in a row but they are ripe for an upset.

I was stationed in Korea. Seoul has some very hot women.

Herian will have a great day against NS. They only return three starters on defense. One on the defensive line, one linebacker and one defensive back. We should put up some nice offensive stats, enough to push us up to number one in the nation.

Wilson is going to be great. Give him another month or so to get a little more experience under his belt and he will be unstoppable.

Grixby has his cast off now. Not that he will be breaking up many passses against NS. From what Callahan said Flu most likely won't be getting a medical redshirt.

Pete Carroll will do his best to get the team ready for us but like the article points out the players won't give us any respect. USC is ripe for an upset. They lost a lot of starters from last years team.

This team has the potential to get a lot better. And we will need to. We will most likely have to play Texas twice.

I think we have a good chance to win in LA. USC has had several close calls at home over the last few years. And we have the talent to pull it off. And what's more, they won't see it coming.
