Not only that.
IIIIIFFFFF Northwestern were to somehow upset OSU, the "BIG" Champion wouldn't be bowl eligible. They would be 5-8.
In this situation, all Nebraska had to do was beat Northwestern and we'd be in the CCG

It’s a shame that we’re probably only get to watch him for one year.
Keep Mickey he might stay.

To date, Mathis has disappointed. Yes he is one of 11 guys on D, but he is a "pass rush specialist"....
He had oconnoll in his arms twice.

He had a good first game then what happened?

I hadn't thought about it, but next year is also the centennial for Memorial Stadium! Good timing to get the new facilities done.
October 13th is a Friday next year. Friday night home game???

Who cares if the sellout streak ends.

Hopefully we can get more than just the students to boo opposing teams.

Anyone can roll out of bed and win 9 games at Nebraska.

Regardless I'm still hitting the road for 3 games this year. It's college football. My love for it knows no boundaries even when it's a little painful being a Husker fan.
I'll be at Purdue and Iowa. I'll be at the games as well. Love Nebraska.

HCSF needs to stay out of it, bottom line. He's had 4 years to call plays.
How was the second half offense though? Polar opposite of the first right?

I don't mind some additional collaboration and input from Frost, but for Frost to take over play-calling duties would show me that Frost doesn't trust his assistant coaches, and is not a fit for the head coaching job long-term.
The reason the offense looked sluggish in the first half is that UND had the ball for nearly 3/4 of the time. The D can't let an opponent keep the ball away for huge chunks of time.
Is it though?
Drive Summary:
ND - 11 plays punt
NU - 8 plays touchdown
ND - 3 plays, punt
NU - 1 play, fumble
ND - 3 plays, punt
NU - 3 plays, punt
ND - 7 plays, punt
NU - 12 plays missed fg
ND - 16 plays touchdown
So tell me again how it's the defenses fault when Nebraska had 2 possessions that went 3 or less plays?
Offense didn't help them.

Another thought, back up the money truck to Madison and pay every single Wisconsin coach double what they are making now to do the same thing in Lincoln.
I don't know, we will see this year but Chryst can't recruit a QB.

You can't find anything because it's another crappy rumor.

I feel better knowing our kids won't be just arriving on Wednesday.

Man, I'd like to see that kind of engine again on D. He and Suh, the year before, were a great tandem.
I remember one of his sacks got called off because of a bs rigging the passer call

Trey Palmer was also not seen. Worried about that

Nebraska will be apart of a B1G-SEC tournament.
Well be huge for the conference. Rather have Michigan than Minnesota repping the Big Ten

What’s your (unpopular) Husker hot take?

That Nebraska can't succeed until T.O. passes.
