Hey guys! Thanks for the warm welcome. srahusker....I'm taking it that you're in the Air Force based on your name....I am in the AF as well and I'm also a SrA. I grew up in Ralston until about 15 when my mom got married again and I moved up by Mo Valley Iowa (Yes I know ) but luckily everyone stayed loyal to the Huskers (except for my mother who now attends ISU games ) Actually, my girlfriend works at a bar down here on the River Walk (I used to work there too) and might not be able to get off..If you came to the Alamo Bowl maybe you heard of it...Mad Dogs. She's the one in the middle in the black. Anyways....I'd definately be interested in hanging or maybe even making the trip in one car to save us some money. You also gotta remember that the very reason we dislike CU fans is because they are bad sports and when we act the same way (although usually we don't) they have every reason to hate us back. I despise the Buffs...seriously....I just refuse to sink to their level and argue with them because it's pointless. 5 Time National Champs and our record against them speaks for itself. Hey guys/gals, I'm 24 and an Omaha native that's active duty Military down in San Antonio, TX. I've got my tickets to the game (been deployed a bunch to the desert and haven't been to a Nebraska game in years even though they've played two bowl games in San Antonio ) and I was wondering if anyone would like to have some company tailgating at the A&M game! Don't team bash the other teams. As Husker fans we're known for being good sports and having the best fans in football....lets keep it that way. So what...CO got their butts handed to em...not our problem...lets concentrate on OUR season and not making fun of other teams. We've been there....god...we've been there.

I was home visiting my family and me and my dad went to Ameristart to watch the game...Granted, we were in Iowa technically but there were only two people in the whole bar not clad in Red....they were from Iowa and rooting for Michigan. Those pukes heckled the whole dang game and were very poor sports. Being a Husker fan I kept my cool and smiled and complemented the Wolverines when they had good plays. When we took the lead everyone erupted and they turned around and told me to shut up because I was a little drunk and being to loud when I cheered. I was furious! When we won I came up behind the guy and gave him a pat on the back (in good fun) and asked to buy them a beer......the guy stood up and acted like he was gonna lay me out and told me to never touch him again...so I hugged his wife and said good game and she slapped me ....HAHA GOOD TIMES! 6) Worst Husker memory?
