anybody here remember Scott Baldwin?..........he's a TO recruit..........he seems to get lost in the shuffle after the LP, and Peters deal. SB was Lawrence Philips about 3 yrs before LP stepped foot on campus. For those that don't know the story, google it..................TO just did the right thing again:)

Thats what i thought.....lol...........the guy who pointed out what TO did in his last 10 years, failed to point out what happened in his first 15!!!!! TO had to recruit thugs to make it on the big stage. i don't think anyone can argue that.................Bill Callahan is not only recruiting athletes, but they are students as well(and ranked very high, btw). There is a reason we had 33 commits, now everyone is gettting it. Its alot better than the days of 18 commits and 3 decommitt on signing day. Bill Callahan and staff are the hardest working staff in CF. Husker fans should be very proud of what he is doing for our program!!

The Almighty God, named TO asked for his name to be removed from the field(is that a hint), he was very lucky that a guy named Bob Devaney handed him the reins............btw, there is a guy who is still the Defensive Coordinator at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who left NU the day TO was named head coach...................I don't know about you, but i don't want to wait 20 years for another NC!

Its a fact boys.............Callahan is not only kicking ass in recruiting, but he's doing it the right way, which the almighty didn't. McBride seems to have no problems with the new regime(he attends many practices), but the almighty does..................let him go to CU and preach to them............i think its funny as hell, he got landslided for GOV..............BH has extended his hand and TO has turned his back............what a nice guy!!!!!!!!!

I'm sick of TO coming up in the local papers. I live in South Dakota, and am a Huge Bill Callahan fan. TO has noone to thank but Bob Devaney! I'm really tired of TO's attitude towards the current NU coaching staff and the athletic administraion. If TO thinks he can do CU a favor, so be it. I for one will be pissed if i see TO on TV when we win the National Title.................TO needs to grow up, he's the one who willfully gave the job away!

Husker Jimmy, I loved TO, but i have never bought or read one of his books, read Bob Devaney's book that came out in like 1980, thats a good book. TO might be a good friend and a Christian, but then why is he turning his cheek on Bill Callahan and his staff? TO is stilled pissed that he is not the Athletic Director at NU, and that is a fact. I've moved on, he should also. He just won't admit that Frank Solich was the WRONG choice. It was all his own fault, he should get over it!

Am I the only guy here that remembers TO almost taking the Houston job after he retired? The reason he said no is because Nancy said no way she would move to Texas. Even though he probably spent more time away from his family as a polititian, he promised something to Frank and kept his end of the deal, unforturnately for Frank, he didn't. When Bill Callahan and his staff win their first National Title, I will puke if i see Osbornes face on TV afterwards, BC has done nothing but extend his hand to TO and TO does nothing but diss him and the NU program right now. Charlie McBride has no problem with the new regime, but TO does. Too bad for him, he should get over the Frank fiasco(that was HIS pick), and get on the train, because diehard NU fans like myself are pretty tired of TO holding a grudge. I think Nebraskasan's felt the same during the election.........................Get over it TOM!

Hank, I don't think you understand, Solich was offering every one else in Nebraska a scholarship and Franky really screwed Danny over. Danny's brother was a WR at Chadron State and basically gave the finger to Franky Solich. And he's still giving the finger to Frank. Why walk on, when you have your education paid for some where else? Does that make sense to you? not sure who dad steinkuhler is, i think you mean dean...........but he played eight man ball and had no other financial offers. Woodhead could of walked on, but my point is that Franky was such an a-hole about the whole deal, he went were he felt very welcomed. Just another reason that Solich is licking nuts at Ohio University............Frank Solich's sh#t really does stink, believe it or not!
