Then your firewall isn't configured correctly. If you're using the windows firewall you need to Control Panel->Windows Firewall->Exceptions Tab and make sure Limewire is on the list. A sure way to make sure that Limewire works is to temporarily shut off the firewall and see if it connects. If it does shut it down and turn the firewall back on. Sometimes limewire just wont connect the first time, so Ill restart Limewire (do not answer to any of the questions that come up) and see if it connects. Once it connects then answer those stupid questions.

Just to be clear, you can start limewire on your account, connect to the network and do searches that bring up results, but you cannot download anything?

If you still can't get it to work..... Usually you dont need to do much with the firewall cause Limewire sets that up for you and you dont have to disable the firewall just port through it. You might also make sure there is a download folder specified in the downloads section. The other thing is you can install a program under an account and only that person may use it. If thats the case just uninstall and re-install it under your account.

I was wondering if anyone had any audio highlights (no music backgorund just radio announcers) of some of the games. I'm trying to put together an audio track of the highlights and I'd love it if there was no background music in any of them. I've looked on the web, but can only find the CU game.

I can't say whether this mattered as much, but look at how dominant we were in stopping the run this year (in most games). Callahan and Coz always said they wanted to stop the run first and we did. It was a shame our secondary couldn't match what the D-Line did all year (they did play well in some games).

Hunter - I want to ask who else should have been playing at Kansas State. Ron "Big Head" Prince ran off all but ONE returning QB, Dylan Meier who didn't even start the whole season last year because he sucked. So who else should Prince play? And what kind of success did Freemen have besides 2 good games (hell, Texas handed the game over to KSU). He got blown out by Kansas (7 turnovers), came in the game and lost to Baylor, got destroyed by Rutgers. If Nebraska had lost to any of those teams the way KSU did, you'd bitch at why we were playing a freshman QB. And anyone who says that Ron Prince is a better coach in ANY aspect than Callahan is just a moron.

Never said that I hated Coz, but if our DB's never turn around for the ball then thats bad coaching. I dont care if your 5'8 or 6'0, face guarding is horrible defense. Our guys were always there, granted. But make a play on the ball. If not, then its either going to be caught or pass interference. I know Jones was inexperienced and Grixby is short, but better technique goes a long way. As far as sounding like an idiot? Sometimes I just cant help myself.

Everything I have been reading about this off season has been about the linebackers and defensive backs. I'm curious who starts on the d-line especially at DE. I'd love to see Turner add some muscle and size and keep his speed. But on the other side who do we have. Potter had a good year, but after that its thin. Has anyone heard anything about any of the freshmen coming in? I'd like have a little more depth cause this is a position where we have little playing time coming back. If I remeber right, I thought Ty played some there. At DT I like Suh and Ty coming in and playing a good chunk of the rotation. The Juco help will be much needed as our coaches like to sub a lot to keep fresh people on the field. I think thats why our DT have been doing well these past couple years. My guess for starters are probably DE: Potter DT: Ty/Dixon DT: Suh/Roark/ Barfield/Townsend DE: Turner

You guys all seem to hate Coz and I agree that sometimes our defense just looks bad. But I would honestly want to lose our db coach. You can blame it on coaching but when your players have no energy going on the field and seem like they dont want to get hyped up then look at some of the players. Watching Thenarse jumping up and down screaming on EVERY kickoff is something I'd like to see from our defense. Watch film when Pelini was here. He may have been an ass, but that defense wanted to be on the field. They grouped up and got jacked up before every series.

I really hope someone (Asante or anyone else) steps up next year in the SS position. Just watching Shanle high 5 Adarius Bowman from OSU and watching him run into the endzone instead of decapitating him as he came over the middle was too much to bear. Asante would be great cause he apparently has a mean streak. But I'll take the best player.

Thats why I can't stand watching those idiots on ESPN. It's all about the West and East coasts. Someone said next year that Steinkuler (sp?) would be a 4-5 star on rivals, but since he comitted to the Huskers he would probably be a 3-star and have to work his way up.

Last time I heard anything was that he gets on receivers for dropping balls or linemen missing blocks, but hasn't eveer offended anyone. Most of players respect that. He's just a leader that wants to win and isn't afraid to speak out. Something this team has missed since 2000 with Raiola.

The problem with Ruud was that he only seemed to make one BIG play in a game (except for Mizzou). I would rather see consistent good play than 1 big play a game. Put the best tacklers (and Ruud is NOT) on the field (no more arm tackling trying to strip the ball crap).

I know this is a little bit of a stretch, but if your only concern is the deep ball then a guy named Dwayne Jarrett would have never started a game. All he could do was catch and run routes and look at him.

That fan said that when his coach is Ron Zook??? There is not a better recruiter/worst coach than Zook.
