A lot of Packer fans are high on Morency. There are worries about Jackson being able to be a full-featured starter....we'll see. I'm rooting for him.

Ain't all they are high on if they expect him to suddenly figure out how to run behind the zone blocking schemes.

If they're to "get rid of something" get rid of something stupid like WE or lifetime or something to that effect, ya know the channels that most people don't watch.

FYI Somehow Lifetime always seems to be in the Top 10 in the cable TV ratings. (Army Wives is apparently very popular.) I guess you could switch to DISH.

Anyway, in our area Time Warner just keeps adding new channels and even has a sports package with all of the regional Foxes and a bunch of weird tennis and badminton channels. Maybe you could lobby for Time Warner to put something similar together for your area and include ESPN Classic.

And they probably will not unless something changes drastically. I think he was in their camp last weekend and still hasn't got an offer. Still its surprising no Big 10 schools are on him. I wonder if he has put on some bad weight recently or something and has not performed well in camp. He certainly appears to have performed well at the Cincinnati combine.

This would be good news. From the scout combine write up, it sounds like he has somehow flown under the radar. I like how Hale got burned by Devoe Torrence, but Rippy stayed with him. He was also named MVP against some great competition.

If he commits or stays interested, I'll see if I can make it to a game to check him out.

Solich was driving poorly in the wrong F-ing county. First and only time I've been pulled over by an oncoming cruiser. Do not speed in Athens. Oddly they don't seem to be nearly so strict about enforcing drug laws.

If he's among the best at their camp, Ohio State may offer since they lost a few of their other LB targets. On the other hand, it is not a position of need for them.

Like the Michigan comment. Sounds like he's po'd that Ohio State and Michigan haven't offered and he might just turn down their offers. On the other hand he's supposedly a huge Ohio State fan, so we'll see.

Most of you do realize we will be an underdog at Wake Forest.

We could easily be underdogs in several games this year:

at Wake Forest

USC

at Missouri (depends, but on the road we are probably getting points)

TAMU

at Texas

at Kansas (again depends on the year so far, but road game against a team we almost lost to last year)

CCG

Bowl

These of course all depend on how the year goes for us and our opponents (if we are 9-0, I imagine we will be favored at Kansas), but it seems reasonable for us to be an underdog in more than 5 games meaning we will need to pull off a few upsets to improve on last years record.
