    He played. Has to be something in his personal life. Not trying to pry but these pictures were released by athletic department so they clearly wanted it out there for discussion. Correct? Regardless of whats behind it, I think you can see the bond this head coach has with his players. That's what I like.

    Me too! Those kids love Bo. He has their backs all the time and I'm proud that he cares enough about them to take on anybody when they badmouth his boys.

    Is Taylor throwing differently this year?

    My husband thinks that Taylor has injured his shoulder and isn't telling anyone. He said that he didn't remember Taylor lobbing the ball like he's doing this year rather that he threw it more over his shoulder last year.

    Could Taylor possibly have a shoulder injury? Does anyone else think that he's throwing differently than last year?

    It depends on how far the other teams fall. We may only move up one. I would love it if we were in the top 10 but I'm thinking 13 or 12.

    I was SO GLAD I was wrong about this! Congrats to our boys!! I hear we're #10 in the BCS ranks as well.

    Fact: As of now I think the huskers win ............. GBR MSN poor on the road against an Offense that had more than a QB who can run out of the backfield.

    But people are starting to connect his name with the Heisman Trophy. I don't understand why they base the Heisman only on the first few games and why only offensive people can win it. Suh should've won it when he was nominated. If it's for the BEST college football player then he should've won it. Rex should definitely be a contender for next year.

    The defense played well, but Michigan State did not play well at all. After rewatching the game online, it was evident that Urban Meyer and the other announcers didn't think Michigan State brought a good gameplan to the table. I hate to take away anything that the Blackshirts did, but expect the Wolverines to put up a better fight than the Spartans. They were worn out from Wiscy and we had plenty of rest from Minnesota. Again, we improved overall as a football team, but I still don't know if we're "back" on that side of the football.

     

    It is like Mike Tyson said, everyone has a good gameplan until they get punched in the mouth. MSU's gameplan was good, they did what they have all year, they tried running and they tried crossing routes. They just got punched in the mouth.

     

    Its not like the were out there running QB's draws all game.

    Didn't you think it was weird that they didn't continue to run the ball against us? When they did they got somewhere but the minute they started passing they started to fail. It reminded me of the Wisconsin game. If we would've ran the ball the entire game, maybe we would've won?

    Another Spartan Fan who tips my cap to Nebraska and the way your defense played today. You have a nice team and great fans. Great gameday experience all the way around. Look forward to future trips to Lincoln in the coming years, and best of luck from here on out. Go Green!

    I'll say it again-wow-what a class act you folks are! Thank you! We wish you well in your next games. We're glad you had a good time. I'm sure when we visit you next year on your home field, we'll be welcomed too. GBR :)

    The Huskers slowed down the MSU run game and took away the long ball. I blame our play calling for not having any answer with mid-range plays, tight ends, etc. We have a new OC and it felt like the MSU playbook would fit on a matchbook cover.

    I glanced over at one of the Michigan State message board (can't get in unless you register) and thought it was interesting that one of the threads was Unbelievable delusion going on over on Nebraska free board Are we delusional or are they over confident? But then further down it said: Will Nebraska run the Option? Will MSU defend it well? This will be an interesting game. I really hope our boys play the same way they did in the second half of the Ohio State game. I was listening to 1620 the Zone yesterday and they were talking about a type of game where the team can give a sigh of relief after having played two really hard games. Kugler said he didn't think the game against NU will be MSU's 'relief game' (I forgot what official name he gave this type of game) He thought it would be the next one where they play against Minn. I hope it is this game. I hope they come into Memorial Stadium full of themselves, overconfident and then make mistake after mistake after mistake and our boys come out shining.
