Yeah, it was scary. I ahve a niece that had a baby the day before. WOW! A few had storm wind damage and one with flood damage but all survived and have repaired all damage now. That's GREAT news.

It's called Throwin the Bones. Comes from the Blackshirt Defense which usually is displayed with a Skull and Cross Bones. Generally it is taught to all males in Nebraska before they can walk. And, there ain't nothin' sexier than a Husker babe throwin the bones! I am a native of NOLA but now living in Buff Country, but I bleed Red. Always have, always will. I have several hundred relatives in and around NOLA and I'd love nothing more than a Husker Tiger NCG. It is well within the realm of possibility that the Trojans could get laid out. Just like it was within the realm for NU to have beaten Texas last year. I try always to remember that they are kids playing a game but oh man wouldn't that be somthin to see! Meanwhile, I will ignore your real motivation being your desire to have LSU lay rightful claim to #1 and thank you for your kind thoughts. Go Big Red!!!! I figured it must be something related to the defense. Does the entire student section do it? That must be freakin' bad if they do. EDIT: BTW I hope all of you family survived and stayed out of harms way with Katrina. We live in Baton Rouge and got lots of wind and rain, but thankfully all of my family made it through just fine.

AR Husker Fan Agreed we shouldn't have any problems getting a top notch coach, but it's usually better to not have to keep getting new coaches all the time. BIGREDIOWAN We have what SHOULD be an easy game, but after these past 2 weeks it seems like this will be a year of the upsets so hopefully our boys play well and stay healthy.. and the same goes for you guys. Guys I sent this through the mods and Eric gave me the nod to start a thread. Now I can only offer this to the first person that holds the sign up with their username on it and also shoots me an email to webovation@aol.com The first person to send an email with their matching username will get the money. We basically want to freakin out BAMA fans when they see the BEATSABAN.com sign up again this week, but in Nebraska of all places. This should REALLY, REALLY get under their skin. We look at BAMA like you guys look at OU so you should know how much fun this could be. Well as much as all of our radio stations are trying to avoid starting that talk (which at this point is probably the right thing to do as far as a distraction goes) it's definitely going to be an issue. While I couldn't blame him for going as I know it would mean so much to him, I would be disappointed to see him go. I'm hoping that he realizes that he's a part of something that could be really special right now and that we have embraced him (a small minority of idiots still don't think he's a good coach...) to the point that this is the place where he belongs. For one thing Michigan needs a serious overhaul.. I'm a Michigan fan and even I will admit that. Now they are talented, but nowhere near as talented as we are down here at LSU and the SEC is a much more powerful conference than the Big 10 at this point in the game. My fingers are crossed that he stays here, but if he goes I'll be supportive of him because he has a very good reason to take that job...... now don't even get me started about $aban and Alabama. His only tie to that job is $$$$$. Thanks I was able to get my sign on Gameday last week and it really got things going on the site and the blood boiling for Tide fans so it was well worth fighting the heat at Gameday. I posted in the Gameday sign thread..... I'll give a free t-shirt or something if someone holds up a beatsaban.com sign at Gameday. I'm very serious about that. Edit: A) it would really help gets some awareness to the site.. but B) Man can you imagine how pissed the Bama fans would be if they saw the beatsaban.com sign up at a non-SEC school???? that cracks me up even thinking about it. ROFL! That would be HILARIOUS! LLLOOOLLLL! I know that's what I've been thinking..everyone I've told that idea to has busted out laughing. Hey bro, After watching the V-tech game I must say I have great respect for your team. Solid, solid D, very capable offense. At this point I would put my money on seeing you boys make it to the NC. Good luck. And USC must be razed to the ground. Thanks.. that was one of, if not the most dominating performances we've ever had. I hope we can avoid the turnover bug in the big games and injuries because this could be our year again. My fingers are crossed for sure!

I'll drink to that. .. unfortunately I won't be able to wear any red. I'll be selling my Beat $aban shirts on LSU campus and well I have to represent the purple and gold. You can count on the majority of Tiger fans cheering you guys on for sure.

Even though I'm a huge LSU and Michigan fan (yes I'm in pain right now).. I have always rooted for you guys. I'll admit I'm still abit torn because of the '97 split championship, but I always enjoyed watching your option style offense. Tommy Frazier (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was always so much fun to watch and your defense was always so swarming. Not many teams run the option style much anymore and I know you guys switched with Callahan, but I always find myself rooting for you guys when you're not playing one of my favored teams. Good luck tomorrow night on the big stage.

I'll offer some sort of compensation for anyone who holds up a beatsaban.com sign for me tomorrow. I got mine on TV alot last weekend when the crew was down here in Baton Rouge and would really like to find someone who could do that for me this weekend.
