  1. Monday should give BP enough time to make the trek to NU from Atlanta. We'll see...
  2. As they were talking about the Miles press conference during half at Army/Navy this afternoon, they also mentioned a Monday scheduled press conference for Bo Pelini. They did not give a time. Sounds like we should have a for sure answer by then.
  3. Looks like it's hit the local LA news sites as well.... http://www.2theadvocate.com/sports/11986021.html http://blog.nola.com/lsusports/2007/11/rep...ni_accepts.html
  4. Per Callahan's contract, it seems they HAD to fire everyone. The coaches can stick around and help recruit, help with the transition and to be considered for a job next year.
  5. I haven't seen it yet... but this is more than likely true.
  6. Other boards are reporting a 10:00AM meeting tomorrow morning... Interesting to note that this is the same time that BC usually tapes his weekly show.
  7. This was on November 3: http://www.bayoubuzz.com/News/NewOrleans/N...ition__5037.asp This looks as if it was just this past weekend: http://www.nola.com/living/t-p/index.ssf?/....xml&coll=1
  8. This was taken from another popular Husker Forum where the post is soon to be locked/deleted/etc... Thought it might be nice to post here to talk about.
  9. Picked up by the AP and ESPN http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3111571 How long before this gets spinned against the "Greatest Fans in the World" mantra?
  10. Hello... Long time lurker here that just signed up recently. Toss this into the rumor mill with everything else, but there may be a good explanation as to why the Blackshirts may be playing so poorly. I have on pretty good authority that, while it may sound preposterous, it seems that a linebacker in particular has been causing all sorts of trouble between himself and the coaching staff. Not only that, he has been trying to turn other players, on both sides of the ball, against the coaching staff all year. For whatever reason, it's working! You can see it on the field, especially when this player seemed to be fighting with the other linebackers during the game as OSU just waltzed into the endzone. This person? Corey McKeon. Even his Myspace page headline reads "He's BACK!", of course, referring to TO. Does something like this make sense? Would it only take one person to turn an entire team on the coaches? It might explain what happened to his fire from last year.
  11. I'm looking for OK St or TAMU tickets for Bosses day... I would be interested in anything you can find as well.
  12. First time poster.. but... There were a few backups in, but not many. The reason we started moving the ball was because SC switched to a Prevent defense, allowing those short passing gains and movement. Essentially, they were allowing us to move the ball more then we did in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.
