I disagree. In order for mistakes to be correctable, he has to realize that he has made mistakes. But, he feels he has "done an excellent job in all areas."
You cannot force him to make changes. He has to WANT to make the changes.
IMHO - If he went to TO and said "Look, I know I made a lot of mistakes this year. I think we need to make these changes......" I think TO might keep him around.
But, does anyone see that happening??
