I emailed Turner also. I received a response back which really excited me. But now that I read this, I am very disappointed. His response to your email is EXACTLY the same response I received. Word for word. Looks like he is probably getting a ton of emails from Husker fans and has put set his email on out of office assistant. Um...yeah. I imagine he's got enough going on that he probably doesn't have time to answer thousands of emails from psychotic Nebraska fans like us. Beau Davis? As this thread begins to venture off topic, this reminds me of an awkward Billy C quote that came earlier this fall. When discussing the quarterback battle between Ganz and Keller (I think at Big 12 media days), Callahan refers to Beau Davis as a 'journeyman' quarterback. How is this possible, he committed to Bill in shortly after Bill's arrival in Lincoln in early 2004 and has been in the system ever since. Isn't a journeyman someone who has played for multiple teams? When considering and recalling stupid things he has said, the thing you need to keep in mind is this: Billy C is a freaking moron.

Not sure where you got your info. Remember that Charlie McBride guy? He was DC through '99. Bohl's years as DC were '00-'02, and he sucked ass.
